Important Information

Video Consultation Terms:

1. Video consultation will be conducted through WhatsApp Video Call on your registered mobile number.
2. Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
3. Full payment must be completed before the consultation is confirmed.
4. Video consultations will be conducted through WhatsApp Video Call on the registered mobile number provided at the time of booking.
5. In case of cancellation by the patient, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method. Transaction charges (if any) are non-refundable.
6. No refund will be issued for missed appointments or late cancellations (less than 12 hours prior to consultation).
7. Technical issues from the patient’s side (internet, device, audio/video failure) are not the responsibility of the clinic.
8. Consultations are not recorded to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality.
9. All patient information, medical records, and consultation details are kept strictly confidential.
10. Medicines can be couriered to your address upon request (additional courier charges apply).
11. The clinic reserves the right to reschedule appointments in unavoidable circumstances.
12. By booking an appointment, you agree to the clinic’s terms and policies.

வீடியோ ஆலோசனை விதிமுறைகள்:

1. வீடியோ ஆலோசனை உங்கள் பதிவு செய்யப்பட்ட மொபைல் எண்ணில் WhatsApp வீடியோ கால் மூலம் வழங்கப்படும்.
2. நியமனம் குறைந்தது 24 மணி நேரத்திற்கு முன்பாக முன்பதிவு செய்யப்பட வேண்டும்.
3. ஆலோசனை உறுதிப்படுத்தப்படும் முன் முழு கட்டணம் செலுத்தப்பட்டிருக்க வேண்டும்.
4. நோயாளி ரத்து செய்தால், பணம் 5–7 வேலை நாட்களுக்குள் அதே கட்டண முறைக்கு திருப்பி அனுப்பப்படும். பரிவர்த்தனை கட்டணங்கள் (இருந்தால்) திருப்பி வழங்கப்படமாட்டாது.
5. நியமிக்கப்பட்ட நேரத்திற்கு 12 மணி நேரத்திற்கு குறைவாக ரத்து செய்தால் அல்லது ஆலோசனையில் கலந்துகொள்ளாதால், பணம் திருப்பி வழங்கப்படமாட்டாது.
6. நோயாளியின் இணைய இணைப்பு, சாதன கோளாறு அல்லது ஒலி/காணொலி பிரச்சினைகள் போன்ற தொழில்நுட்ப சிக்கல்களுக்கு கிளினிக் பொறுப்பாக இருக்காது.
7. நோயாளியின் தனியுரிமையை பாதுகாக்க, ஆலோசனைகள் பதிவு செய்யப்படமாட்டாது.
8. அனைத்து நோயாளர் தகவல்கள், மருத்துவ பதிவுகள் மற்றும் ஆலோசனை விவரங்கள் கடுமையாக ரகசியமாக வைக்கப்படும்.
9. மருந்துகள் உங்கள் முகவரிக்கு கூரியர் மூலம் அனுப்பப்படலாம் (கூடுதல் கூரியர் கட்டணம் பொருந்தும்).
10. தவிர்க்க முடியாத சூழ்நிலைகளில், கிளினிக் நியமன நேரத்தை மாற்றும் உரிமையை கொண்டுள்ளது.
11. நியமனம் பதிவு செய்வதன் மூலம், நீங்கள் கிளினிக்கின் விதிமுறைகள் மற்றும் கொள்கைகளை ஏற்றுக்கொள்கிறீர்கள்.
